The Thurgood Marshall Law Library has released fourteen new documents as part of its Historical Publications of the United States Commission on Civil Rights. The reports and publications can be found on the project web site or by following the individual links below. Highlights include the September 2009 report on the effects of the recent economic downturn on the housing market and a 1971 report on zoning in Baltimore County that was not widely distributed and is available in electronic form for the first time from the digital project site.
